Last week MarMar had her healthy baby doctor visit with Dr. Hagglov. She is very strong and healthy and right on track! She is 15.8 lbs and 25 inches long. He said she is in the 85% percentile! ha! He said she is a “chunky monkey!” haha! But that it is ok! She is just extra…..healthy! ; ) She got all her vaccinations and was not happy about that I must add! It was hard to watch! : ( But we both survived. She started eating pureed green beans with breast milk (yum!) this weekend and really loves them! We gross Auntie out but me and mar looooove green beans! I choose to eat mine without the breastmilk, just had to make sure you knew that! Marley and I went to a friends house on saturday night to do a Piggies and Paws craft. I can’t say too much about that because grandparents are getting presents from this for christmas! So……sorry if you don’t know what that is…..google it! haha! We had fun! It was our first party we went to just us! and our very first craft together too! Today we walked with chip to grandmommy’s and papa’s house for a surprise visit. It was sooooooo pretty out! We loved it! Hope you all have a great week ahead! Til later…….Mel

Pumpkin Patch! October 13, 2008
Today we went to the pumpkin patchin Yucaipa. It was so cool! I’ve never been to a real pumpkin patch where the pumpkins are actually still in the patch! It was such a beautiful day too. We had a lot of fun! It will be of course more fun for her next year but I still think she had fun with mommy and daddy! She fell asleep right when we got there! So I woke her up and she was actually is a great mood despite me waking her. But as soon as we started walking out to the car she was asleep again! Poor little pumpkin….literally…… ; )

Latest tidbits about our baby girl! October 4, 2008
Happy fall! I am thrilled to finally have our weather change it up a bit! Marley has some winter clothes she is dying to wear! Ok, ok, I’m dying to put her in! hehe! She is doing wonderful! getting bigger and learning more each day! Currently this week, she has found her feet, learned to hold her bottle when her mom gets lazy or preoccupied and drops it a little, and started to eat rice cereal! All in one week! Don’t you wish we learned cool stuff like that every week! She just noticed her Daddy’s tattoos this week too! She tries to grab or pinch them I should say! Especially the ocean scene on his chest. It’s pretty funny! She was supposed to have her 4 month check up this week but her appointment got cancelled at the last minute! Dr. Hagglov had to deliver a baby! How dare he! ; ) I am excited to find out how much she weighs! I think we need to invest in a scale so I don’t have to wait for her dr appointments! She is very excited to wear her Halloween costume! We have a photo shoot all lined up! hehe! really! You might just fall in love with her even more after you see this amazing costume! She is such a sweet and happy little girl! She usually is in just the best of moods! She just got a ton of Disney jammies from Grandmommy this week! And her first Christmas jammies too! She also had a major blow out today while Daddy was watching her forcing her to have to get bathed asap! It was a nice one! hehe! All the way up the back! Gotta love it! Aside from the occasional blow out, I just adore her! (ok, even the blow out i adore!) She is such a special girl and I truly love every single moment I have with her. I knew I would love her of course but I never knew I could love someone so much by knowing them only 4 months! A couple of my very closest friends are pregnant and I am just so happy and excited for them to get to experience this for themselves! People always told me its the best but now I completely get it. Well, one more thing to tell you before I wrap this up, she is 4.5 months old and still sleeping next to us in a co-sleeper! I can’t bring myself to put her in her own room in her crib! I don’t know what I’m scared of but I can’t!!! My goal this month is to have her sleeping in her own room by Halloween! Wish me luck! hehe! Love to you all! I will post new pics up this weekend!
