Tonight we finally got pictures for you! I know its sounds crazy but whenever I listen to the band Bloc Party in my car really loud, Marley starts kicking! So I brought my Ipod and put the ear buds on my belly about 15 minutes before we did the ultra sound. She listened to a few songs and bam! She was moving around! Then a friend told me to eat chocolate one hour before the ultrasound and it always works…so I did and low and behold Marley showed herself! She has her hand up to her face in every picture though but we still got pretty good pics considering. She is getting bigger and there is less and less fluid around her each week so we kinda had to take what we could get this week, but we are happy. The girl told me the best thing any preggo woman wants to hear and that is that my belly is “too small” and that she is not left with much room so all her pictures are a little hard to see because she is like right under my skin! I was thrilled! (sorry Marley I’m squishing you!) But I am happy the lady didn’t tell me there is too much fat in the way of us seeing her! ha! I love that lady! ; ) We have a video too but it was taking too long for me to figure out how to put it up! So I’ll do that soon! But for now here are 3 cute pics. Well, Marley is doing good! She is moving around and trying to get comfy-cozy! She is very active still and I love when out pokes a knee or elbow and I can almost grab it! But I am dying at home with either the flu or a horrible cold. It came Saturday morning, I went to work for two clients then cancelled my day and went home and died. Fever, shaking, coughing, aching! Ugh!!!! I am not happy! It’s Monday and I feel maybe 1% better but not near as good as I was hoping. The only medicine I can take is Tylenol and Robitussum for my cough. But man, this is no fun. I hope to feel better tomorrow because I have a busy week. We were supposed to do our 3D ultrasound again tonight but we rescheduled it to Wednesday because of this flu-cold thing. But of course I will keep you posted! Oh, and I have some pics to post of my belly, but I will have to do it later because I need to lay down! ; )

This little girl of ours is all about surprises! She refuses to show herself! What a stinker huh!? This time her face was facing my back so we could only see an ear and once in awhile she would turn her face and smile and then turn it away before they could take a pic! errr!! We tried forever and finally we left with a coupon to come back on Monday. So again, hopefully we get to see her but I wouldn’t hold your breath! We’re not! I think we might give up after this Monday if we don’t get to see her. We will take it as a hint that we are just gonna have to wait! I think she’s going to be sooooooo beautiful that she just wants to save her debut for the real day! hehe! Keep you posted!

So my cousin just pointed out that on my blogs it says the time I post them. But…..the time is totally wrong!!! It just said that I posted the last one at 1:00 am!!! And its only 6:00pm! Obviously, I need to reset this…but I need to figure it out! Hahaha! It made me laugh because Jessica, my cousin, wrote a comment like, what are you doing posting a blog at 5:35 am!?!? Marley needs her sleep! She must think I’m crazy! and anyone else who might have noticed. But I must say if you know me super well…..I will never be caught blogging at 5:35am! My buns are asleep at that time for sure! I don’t do early mornings at all!!!! The only thing that is going to get me up early is my sweet Marley! Jessica must have thought my hormones are doing crazy things because she knows I am a sleeper!!! I’ll work on getting that time thing fixed! ; )

Well, what can I say? We are just gonna have to wait AGAIN!! This time it isn’t her fault or my placenta!!! Fetal Focus, the place we are getting this done called this morning and told us the machine is down and they need to reschedule our appointment! So, we go on Monday at 6:30pm. I am 30 weeks tomorrow and they don’t recommend doing them after 32-33 weeks. Not that it harms the baby but the lower you are on amniotic fluid, the less chance of a good picture. They need the fluid to see her better, so we don’t have much time! Hopefully we get to see her Monday! This suspense is killing me!! : )

Tomorrow…6:30 pm….we are gonnna try again for round three of the 3D ultrasound! I’m thinking 3rd times a charm! I’ll post the pictures tomorrow night if she shows herself! : )
PART II of the 3D Ultrasound! March 1, 2008
Well, as you can see, I have not posted pictures of my sweet little girl because she was hiding again!!!! She is shy or something! Maybe she really wants us to be surprised with how beautiful she is so she is hiding until her grand entrance! hehe! The technician tried so hard and spent an extra 20 minutes with us to try to get some good pictures but we came home without pictures. She had her little arm and hand covering her face for the first 15 minutes. She would move it every so often so we were able to see her cute face but not long enough to save a picture. Then she thought it would be really funny to hide behind the placenta for the other 15! But it was still fun to see her in action. She was moving and kicking around and waving her little arms. We were told that she does have hair! We personally couldn’t see it but we don’t have a trained eye like the technician. We go back next Wednesday to try again. They say usually the 2nd and 3rd time is the charm. So hopefully our 3rd time will be it! It is fun to go each time but I really want to share pictures with all of you of our sweet camera-shy Marley!
